Zoho Projects
Regardless of the method chosen, we rely on professional management of all phases, milestones and tasks. For this purpose, we work with the software tool Zoho Projects, to which our customers also have access.
Single Point of Contact
In order to keep communication direct and simple, we rely on a “Single Point of Contact” management in all our projects. You thus have a single point of contact during the entire project, which takes over the communication across all stakeholders.
Our preferred working models
Kanban
This is a method in software development in which the number of parallel work is limited and thus shorter lead times are achieved. In particular, bottlenecks should be made visible quickly.
Waterfall
A waterfall model is a linear process model that is organized in successive project phases. As with a waterfall with several cascades, the results “fall” one step down to the next and are binding specifications there.
Lean
Lean management means “creating value without waste”. The aim is to optimally coordinate all activities that are necessary for value creation and to avoid superfluous activities.
Scrum
Here, the teams work as small, self-organized units and are only given one direction from the outside, but themselves determine the tactics of how they achieve their common goal.
